SELF-EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Delivered for the Australian Government’s Department of Employment.
12 month self-employment program for Australians of all ages where participants could access 6 free and flexible services.
Services included individual mentoring, group workshops and accredited training.

FARM BUSINESS RESILIENCE COACHING PROGRAM
Delivered for the New South Wales Government.
Participants received 20 hours of personalised coaching with a business coach and pastoral care coach.
The program helped farms excel in planning and overall business resilience.

CITY OF PARRAMATTA SMALL BUSINESS PROGRAM
Delivered for the City of Parramatta.
We organised and delivered a full-day ideation program tailored for new small and micro-business owners in Western Sydney.
Participants gained access to our online education modules to continue learning beyond the workshop.

Delivered for the Australian Government.
We delivered a set of high-energy and interactive workshops for young women around Australia. The workshops were delivered in Queensland, New South Wales, Northern Territory and Tasmania.

YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR SUMMIT ADELAIDE
Delivered alongside RAA.
YES Adelaide welcomed 350+ local youth and featured local keynote speakers including the SA Chief Entrepreneur, panel guests and a social entrepreneurship ideation workshop.

THE WESTERN SYDNEY STARTUP SPRINT
Delivered for the City of Parramatta.
Over 8 weeks, we delivered a weekly program for young people aged 15 to 21 years living in Western Sydney to equip them with leadership skills.

The Challenge was a nationwide initiative open to all Australian students. The Challenge helped students solve problems in their communities by identifying problems and brainstorming solutions.

F1 GRAND PRIX SOFT SKILLS WORKSHOP
Delivered for Motorsport Australia.
This 1 day workshop during the Australian Grand Prix focused on public speaking and communication skills to support young leaders to improve their soft skills.

OUTBACK AUSTRALIA REGIONAL TOUR
Delivered for the Australian Government.
This 7 day tour reached 1,000+ school students where we visited disadvantaged regions, schools and libraries. The workshops focused on ideation, STEM and public speaking.

THE TOWNSVILLE INNOVATION YOUTH FESTIVAL
Delivered for Townsville City Council.
The Festival at JCU Townsville brought together 150+ students from 9 schools and homeschool groups to identify a local, community problem and brainstorm a business solution.

YOUTH WEEK IN SYDNEY
Delivered for the City of Sydney.
This custom soft skills workshop focused on public speaking and communication skills and was targeted at young people aged 15 to 24 years who live, work or play in the City of Sydney with a special focus on international students.

MINISTER’S CLIMATE CHALLENGE
Delivered for the Queensland Government and Fiftysix Creations.
The Challenge helped students solve climate problems in their local communities by brainstorming business solutions. Winners were selected to meet the Former US Vice President, Al Gore.

THE CANBERRA STEM FESTIVAL
Delivered for the ACT Government and the Australian Government.
This 2 Day Festival at ANU was delivered for local youth aged 8 to 21 years during National Science Week. The Festival featured keynote speakers, science performers and group workshops.

US-AUS INNOVATION DAY
Delivered for the United States Department of State.
Local youth identified an opportunity within the US-Australia Alliance and brainstormed a business idea to address it. Participants then presented to the US Consulate, Head of Public Affairs.

SIDE HUSTLE LIBRARY WORKSHOPS
Delivered for the City of Moreton Bay.
These library workshops helped participants to identify a local problem and brainstorm a business or social change solution to solve it. The workshops were delivered in the local libraries during the school holidays.

INVERELL LIFE SKILLS WORKSHOPS
Delivered for the Inverell Shire Council.
We delivered a set of life skills workshops for local youth aged 13 to 24 years based on entrepreneurship, public speaking and collaboration and team work. 100+ youth participated in the workshops over the 5 day workshop.

QUEENSLAND BALLET IDEATION
Delivered for the Queensland Ballet.
We delivered a set of custom Ideation & Leadership Workshops to help young dancers to develop their soft skills and interpersonal skills. 150+ Queensland Ballet youth have participated in our workshops over the last 3 years.

NSW DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION USER TESTING WORKSHOPS
Delivered for the New South Wales Department of Education.
We organised and delivered a set of co-design and user testing workshops as part of the roll-out of the NSW Learner Profile.
Over a 2 week period, we delivered workshops with more than 100+ stakeholders.

MOVEMBER YOUTH CONSULTATION WORKSHOPS & ACTIVATIONS
Delivered for Movember to support their young men’s mental heath vision.
We designed and delivered a set of custom workshops and activations to find out what young men wanted from Movember.
The activations included mental resilience activities such as goat yoga, ice baths and workout sessions.

QLD DIGITAL WORKFORCE PLAN CASE STUDY VIDEOS
Delivered for the Queensland Government Department of Communities.
We planned, organised and produced a series of case study videos to encourage young Queenslanders to study or work in digital.
The series was filmed across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Townsville.

QLD OFFICE FOR YOUTH CONSULTATION FORUMS
Delivered for the Queensland Government’s Office for Youth.
We organised, promoted and delivered a set of 'Speak Out Youth Discussions' in multiple Queensland locations.
During the forums, we hosted the (then) Minister for Environment, Science and Youth Meaghan Scanlon.

WESTPAC YOUTH IMPACT CHALLENGE VIDEO SERIES
Delivered for Westpac.
We planned and produced 28 fun and engaging videos for Youth Impact HQ - a free online financial literacy and social entrepreneurship course for youth aged 7 to 21 years.
The videos reached more than 850,000 people around Australia.

CITY OF SYDNEY CIVIC ENGAGEMENT PROGRAM
Delivered for the City of Sydney.
We conducted outreach to recruit young people interested in being part of the group and delivered a 6 month program that included face-to-face and online workshops to help the participants develop their project management skills so they could effectively contribute back to the City by organising their own youth event.
