Innovative Employment Programs.

Our flagship employment program, Real World Ready is a 10 to 26 week employability program for people aged 15 to 24 years.

During the program, participants will participate in the guided creation, development and management of four group businesses, providing real-world work experience. Participants will also complete three highly-targeted micro-credential courses to enhance in-demand soft skills which have been identified by local employers. Depending on students’ industry of choice, they will also have the option of completing either an Accredited Certificate or Skill Set

The program length and structure can be co-designed to your specific learning objectives and budget.
