Since its founding, the Australian School of Entrepreneurship has been committed to empowering young people by teaching essential skills not covered in traditional classrooms. Through high-energy workshops, online education and large events, we work with young Aussies of all ages - including school age to university students and young adults!

We offer three very cool facilitation roles with opportunities for growth and learning.
Casual
Assistant Facilitator

The Assistant Workshop Facilitator plays an essential role in helping to manage the workshop environment and ensuring participant engagement.
This role works closely with the lead facilitator to assist with content delivery, support group activities and maintain a dynamic, energetic atmosphere. They make sure everyone is having fun! -
Support the lead facilitator in delivering content and engaging participants
Ensure smooth operations of workshop logistics
Help foster a high-energy, interactive learning environment
Work with participants to facilitate group activities and discussions

Willingness to get involved in some fun sh*t! Think Ice Baths, Goat Yoga, Day Excursions, Cooking Classes and Science Experiments
A Blue Card/Relevant Working with Children’s Check (for applicants 18+)
Casual
Senior Facilitator

The Senior Facilitator can perform all the tasks of an Assistant and more, but also has the capability to lead workshops and mentor Assistant Facilitators. They may not always be the primary lead facilitator but are skilled in delivering content and adapting workshops to the needs of the group. They make sure everyone is having fun, highly engaged and inspired.

Lead certain segments of workshops while supporting the Lead Facilitator
Deliver content and manage group discussions
Mentor and assist Assistant Facilitators
Adapt workshops to the needs of different groups (youth, corporates, etc.)
Contribute to problem-solving and partner relationships

Experience working with young people.
A working with children’s card (if over 18)
An Australian First Aid/CPR certificate - or willing to obtain one.
Casual
Lead Facilitator

The Lead Facilitator is the primary driver of the workshop. They are responsible for leading the entire session, delivering content, developing new program and establishing strong relationships with participants and stakeholders.
This role requires strong presentation skills and the ability to manage a dynamic, energetic learning environment. They make sure they leave a lasting impression on both participants and partners!

Lead the full workshop, delivering all content and activities
Develop new educational content and adapt it for different audiences
Build and maintain partner relationships
Lead problem-solving sessions and discussions
Manage the team of Senior and Assistant Facilitators
Foster an engaging, inspiring learning environment for all participants

Proven Experience engaging large groups of young people.
